At Drip Bellevora, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have not been cut, styled, washed, dyed, brushed excessively, or otherwise altered.
- Include the original packaging and any included accessories.
- Be free from makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other odors.
For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or used cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return

- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos of the product, if applicable.
Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Wigs that have been worn or altered.
- Wigs that have been washed, dyed, cut, or styled.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Items damaged after delivery through customer use.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Gift cards or other non-returnable items, where applicable.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same condition requirements described in this policy.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it, first check your bank or payment account.
